English Windows XP -> Korean Language XP

Is there a way to change the menus/dialog boxes in IE for windows XP home,
be in korean? I have the english version and I'm trying to setup my parents'
computer so that outlook express and IE are both in korean.

I found how to activate the korean input, but I hear that changing the menus
into korean is possible.

Thanks in advance.

I believe the Language packs can also be used to do that. You set the
settings for it in the Control Panel (Classic View) | Regional settings and
languages.

You cannot from one language version of the OS to another, so you'll
have to purchase a the full version of WinXP, in whatever language you
want, to perform a clean installation. (I've been told -- by someone
whose knowledge I respect -- that it should be possible for you to use
an Upgrade CD to perform a clean installation, using the original
installation CD as a qualifying item; I have not tested this method,
myself.)
