My tab "Encrypt contents to secure data." is greyed out
and I do not have the compressed files box checked. How
can I use thw Windows EFS security and make this option
accesible?

It should be available in XP Pro when using
NTFS (and not using compression on the same
folder/file)
EFS is not available in XP Home

File encryption is only available with Windows XP
Professional with a hard drive formatted NTFS.
