Enable Cookies. Web browser options set to disable cookies and hotmail

S

Sharon

After installing System Suite software, and trying to
access e-mail via Internet Explorer .net passport address,
the following error message was received: Enable
cookies. Your web browser options are currently set to
disable cookies. To use .net passport, enable cookies.

The cache has been cleared and cookies deleted. Time and
zone are correct. The securing setting is OK. I am
wondering if this could relate to the Firewall.
Assistance appreciated.
