Embedded Email Pictures Turned into Attachments, etc.

Outlook 2003. I notice that when I send an HTML format email that has
hyperlinks and pictures embedded in the body of the message, the copy that
comes to me does not have the pictures embedded. Instead they are
attachments. Moreover, the hyperlinks do not display as sent, but instead
display the text of the hyperlink as well as the full address of the
hyperlink next to it. What do I need to set in my Outlook email settings so
that messages coming to MY inbox do not have embedded pictures made into
attachments and hyperlinks grunged into full addresses? Thank for the help.

it sounds like it's getting converted to plain text - either by your outlook
or the mail server. Are you user you are sending it as HTML and not RTF?

The message looks fine and is in HTML format in my "Sent" folder. Moreover,
I receive the messages as expected (with pictures embedded and in HTML
format) at my work email when I send them to myself there. Others also
receive it in HTML format. It is just when I receive a message at home that
I sent from home that I have the problem described in this post.

1. I send it out from my home computer with Outlook 2003 in HTML format.
2. It is in HTML format in my "Sent" folder.
3. The copy I receive in my Inbox has the embedded pictures as attachments
and the hyperlinks expanded.
