Embed / Link Music to PowerPoint

I have resaved a .mid music file to .wav file. It works beautifully on my
presentation. However, when I email it, the music does not play. Have set it
on Auto play throughout all slides. Slideshow on my computer is perfect. How
do I get the music to travel with the presentation via email? Music file is
4.41KB

Thanks!

Do you mean 4.41 Mb??

To make sure wavs embed change the setting in:

Tools>options>general - "link sounds with file size greater than" to 50000

You will have to delete and re insert the music

You might want to look at PFCExpress, it was designed for this very thing.

If you want to "do it yourself" the key is to place the media file in the
same folder as the presentation BEFORE inserting it on the slide. Then send
everything in the folder to the recipient.

Yes, I did this. Still, no go. I even downloaded PFCExpress and tried it that
way ... removing music and starting over. Beautiful on my computer, but no
sound when I email it. Quite frustrating.
