email wasn't sent, stay in the outbox

When I use Ms Outlook2000 to send email. The mail stay in outbox,
didn't go out. Not any error messages. I check incoming and outgoing
setting,
everything is fine. I also change server timeout to 5 minutes. In the
outbox,
the 'sent' column display 'None'.
But I can send email when I use the browser to login.
Any one know what problem is?
Thanks.

Frank and whomever else, I am having the same problem and it appears others
are as well. The only difference for me is that I am occasionally able to
send a message. It seems that the only times I've been able to send is just
after opening the program and before Outlook 2k checks for new messages. At
first I thought it might be a firewall or NAV problem, but it behaves the
same with both disabled. Any Outlook experts want to take a shot at this
one?
