EMail printing and IE printing problems

First, I've been to

I cannot print either my email or IE.
I have an Epson Color Stylus 3000 running off a Dell
Inspiron using XP Pro.
My Printer is not listed and when I click Add Printer
nothing happens.
I have installed the new Epson Status Monitor for XP and
IT can't find my printer!
However, I can print any regular App not associated with
the internet.
BTW, the error message I get on Outlook and IE is "An
error occured during this operation."

At the command prompt, type

Net Start Spooler

(and hit enter). Does the printer now appear in the Control Panel, Printers
& Faxes?

Can you now install using the Add Printer Wizard?
