email account configuration

I have three email accounts. I would like them all to display into my one
outlook. 1 - my personal mail, configured normal and fine. 2 - my work
email, configured and working fine. 3 - my contractor email account. this
is where i need help.

this 3rd account goes to the contractors exchange server and i have the
exchange server admin forwarding it to my work email (#2). The reason I
can't configure it normally is because they only allow access to their
exchange server via their local network or owa. He will not give me the
firewall access to configure it with smtp and pop3.

I would like the 3rd account mail to be forwarded to the 2nd account. Then
when it gets to my outlook inbox I want it to open in its own "email
account". I think I can filter the 2nd account somehow to send this
particular mail to a separate folder. But I want to view it in the inbox as
a third email account.

Can this be set up within email accounts, or within rules and filter
settings to do it how i would like?

Thanks for the help.

Can't be done as you describe. Use a separate profile for that one, but add
its PST to the first profile. Connect using the second profile, so that the
messages go to the work PST, then close Outlook and restart, opening the
other PST profile that can see all the PSTs.
