Editing Building Block content in Microsoft Word 2007

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out whether it is possible to revise and update existing building block content in Microsoft Word 2007.

The document that I'm working on has three main sections that are updated regularly. I've created a building block for each section and I have no idea how to make and update building block content and make it appear so in the original doc. I know that this is possible to do in FrameMaker - is it available in Word?
