East Asian Language Settings

I am trying to install East Asian Language support with
newly installed XP Home Edition

When I sellect East asian setting on the regional
Settings language tab and press apply I get
ERROR "Windows setup could not copy the appropriate files"
Cant find the solution and need help

NOTE: If you do not have a retail MS copy of XP, either Home or Pro,
then you may not have East Asian Language support included in your
copy. Some OEM copies include the East Asian and other language
support, but restore type CDs from OEM suppliers do not. Also,
pre-installed versions of XP from OEM suppliers like HP and Compaq
usually do not include language support.
