Each users gets home page change alert

I noticed that when a different user logs on, the active
scan process alerts them that their home page was
changed. Each user on my box may have it's own home
page. Shouldn't it allow for this or does it only alert
the first time?

I'd be happy to hear that it doesn't continue to do this, but evidence here
seems to indicate that it does.

It is possible to turn off this checkpoint.

Tools, protection, application agents, application agent checkpoints, look
for Internet Explorer URLs.

If you turn this checkpoint off, you will not be protected by the mechanism
it affords. You also won't get messages each time a different user logs in.
