Windows XP DWHWIZRD.EXE error message

i get this error message and i dont know what to do with it to solve the problem...pls help me.

So, can someone help or not cause i really need it.First i thought its the memory but its not, so could it be the antivirus ...Im using Symantec?

Personally, I'd uninstall norton and use something else.

Thank you very much everyone...i uninstalled andreinstalled the antivirus and it seems to work now
