Dual Boot XP and 98 on 2 Hard Drives

Hi,
I have Windows XP working perfectly, but I need to install a software
package that runs better on Windows 98. I do not want to uninstall Win XP
and then install Win98 and the again install WinXP. Is there a way that if I
put another HArd Drive on the computer to just install Win98 on that hard
drive without having problems on XP. Too much to ask, huh?

Any help appreciated,
Thanks

Make the second drive as Master Slave (if your CD-ROM is not Master slave)
and then run the 98 installation, install 98 on the second drive
and you will have 2 partition on 2 (C:\ for XP and D:\ or E: for 98)
different drives.
After 98 installation, restart your computer in 98 partition. Insert your XP
Software CD in the D or E drive
and copy ntldr.com and ntdetect.com from CD to your C: Partition.
Thats it.

Unless XP is running on Fat32, you will need to use a third party
bootmanager.

Click on or copy and paste the link below into your web browser address box.
Boot manager Links
BootIT NG from Terabyte

BootMagic that ships with PartitionMagic
