Drwtsn32.dll & Dwwin32.dll Failed to Initiate

I have a platform of Windows XP 2002 Media HE SP2. When I go to restart or
logoff my computer, I believe I receive a runtime error? It is hard for me
to tell as the error message pops-up and disapears as fast I can read it.
The first error message I receive, I notice happens more when performing a
restart, it reads: "drwtsn32.dll failed to initiate...click OK to terminate."
The second error message I receive, I notice is when I am perfoming a
logoff, it reads: "dwwin32.dll failed to initiate...click OK to terminate."

Has anyone else had this problem? I have spent hours and even days looking
through the knowledge base for any answers. However, found nothing matching
what I am experiencing. Plus, I don't want to do the wrong thing and mess-up
thing even more. If someone would be willing to point me in the right
direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

drwtsn32.dll and Dwwin32.dll are not XP files. I would suspect scumware.

But for good measure update your antivirus software and run a full system
scan.

And......

Some of this does not apply if you have Windows XP SP2.

First. Make sure of these settings and nothing will install without you
answering YES. (Except what may install as part of some other software.)
Don't click YES if you don't know/trust the source.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
Make sure both of these are NOT checked.

 Enable Install On Demand (Internet Explorer)

perform a particular task.]]

 Enable Install On Demand (Other)
[[Specifies to automatically download and install Web components if a Web

Is part of the driveby downloading of unwanted programs. i.e. Scumware or
whatever will install w/o you even being aware of it.

It is known as scumware. Visit these sites. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are really good.
Download, install, run, update and run again; one or all. They are all
