Drag and drop quit working in Navigation view.

All of a sudden, I am unable to add or rearrange pages in
Navigation View of FP 2002. The drag feature isn't
woking. If I try to drag a page into a certain position,
FP just opens the page in the editor instead of allowing
me to add it or remove it from the Nav structure.

Is there a cure for this?

1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
3) In FP run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks
And try again
