downloading myspace videos?

Are there any free programs that let you download Myspace
videos? I'm looking for an easy to use program that works
on myspace and possibly other sites such as U-tube or sites
that use wmv files that can be viewed but don't download.
Any advice will be appreciated.

This works for youtube: use OrbitFLVdownloader to download the video,
then FreezFLVtoAVI/MPEG/WMV converter to convert them to the type of
your choice. Both of these programs are free--just google to find them.

Try Streaming Video Recorder. This application enables you to download MySpace videos. It also works on YouTube, yahoo, metacafe etc. Recently, I found some websites encrypt their videos, direct download is not allowed anymore. So I begin to use Record Screen function, it helps me to complete the record task.
