downloading adress book to disc for other employees?

My wife wants to create a folder where she can put her
email adresses, and then download them onto a disc which
everyone can then upload to Outlook. It would save
everyone hours she spent creating the adress book.

Are all the people involved using Outlook, or are some using other
programs (Outlook Express, etc.)?
