Downgrading Office 2007 to 2003

Hi guys

i just uninstalled office 2007 & installed office 2003 but my proble is outlook doesn't want to open please assist

Can you open Outlook in safe mode Run > "outlook.exe /safe" without the quotations....Otherwise do a repair install of MS Office
