Does OUtlook 2003 has auto-filling feature on subject line and newsgroup newscomposer?

Hi all,

In Outlook 2003, such feature exists, when you want to specify you mail
recipient, after typing the first 2-3 letters, the target recipient's
contact is often auto-filled correctly...

I want to ask:

1. Does this feature also apply to subject line of the email composer?
Sometimes I have to type the same subject line repetitively...

2. Does its mail-recipient-auto-filling feature apply to its news composer?
I mean, in the newsread, the news composer, does it have auto-filling
feature for target newgroup names, and subject lines also?

Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot!

No!

No!

1 - No, there's no auto-fill for the subject.
2 - No - that's actually Outlook Express anyway but there's no auto-fill for
those fields anyway

Those fields are typically fields most users would want auto-filled.

Maybe because there aren´t enough people asking for that. "Better" is
relatively. I don´t wanna have this feature.

But for Outlook (and other Office apps) MS gaves you the most powerful
feature I can think of: VBA support and a well documented object modell. So
there´s almost nothing you couldn´t do by yourself.

If you don´t have the time you could hire a developer. At this point at the
latest you´ll think of whether it´s really worth it to spend your money in
developing a feature or better live without it.
