documents and settings

Does anyone know of a way to sync the documents and settings folder? I am trying to accomplish this feat without having to use roaming profiles. I thought of using DFS or some third party replication tool but they all call for the folder to be shared.

Why not just use roaming profiles, which does exactly what you're asking (sync a local profile with a network copy)? Just curious
