Documents and Settings\All Users\documents no access

I have one administrator account on my laptop. But with
this, I do not have enough rights to access the folder in
the subject. Adobe Acrobat is unable to install because it
needs to put files in the above folder.

How can I get access to this folder?

Maybe because there is no such folder. I just checked three xp pro boxes
with all protected and hidden files and folders showing and none of them
have the folder path you have in the subject. Are you trying to install the
acrobat reader? Which version - 6? Are you using the hidden administrator
account or your own user account with admin rights? What is the exact error
message?
