Documentor Leaves Code Window Open

I have Access 2003 SP1

When I use Documentor to create a report of the Modules, Documentor opens
the code window, flashes through the code and then generates the report. Cool!

Except the Code Window is left open! Due to Sarbannes-Oxley, I have to lock
down the code window (and database window, and menus and toolbars etc), but I
need to provide the Documenter so that auditors can reconcile changes to
change requests.

Documentor is so close to solving my problem. Why oh why does it leave the
code window open?
