Document Not Saved

We have switched in our companie from office 97 to office
2000 on windows 2000. We get only in excel the warning
document not saved. When I look in the KB, they tell me
your disk is full, bla bla bla, but it is on a fileserver
or just on the harddrive i'm trying to save.
Can you please help me, losts of people with me in the
company find it frustrated to work for nothing in excel.
