Do I have to have weekend days compressed in outlook calendar?

I would like to print a weekly calendar that shows Saturdays and Sundays as
separate days: is it the case that Outlook will only let me print them
compressed?
(Not everybody gets weekends off!!)

Right-click the calendar view and choose Other Settings. Uncheck "Compress
weekend days". I think that will do it.

Hi, Brian;
That works in monthly view, but not, as far as I can make out, in a week
view. I don't seem to be able to print a weekly calendar with enough space
for appointments on Saturday and Sunday as they are compressed.
MS seem to assume that we all work Monday-Friday and get weekends off!

Have you marked Saturday and Sunday as work days? Tools>Options>Calendar
Options.

I am also having the same problem. I have all the days of the week set as work days and I have the compressed work days unchecked. When I choose to print the monthly calendar it still prints the compressed saturday and sunday. The print preview shows the same compressed days.
