Disk Defragmenter

I have a firewall that keeps giving me the following message:

c:\windows\system32\dfrgntfs.exe tried to access a double extension file
[c:\documents and settings\bud\local settings\temporary internet
files\content.ie
\nyg08f1f\wscount-0.1.2[2]js]. This could be a trick used by viruses to fool
users. Do you want to allow this?

Does anybody have an idea what this means/

I don't think its anything to worry about - you could try emptying temporary
internet files and see if it goes away
