Direct3D 9 Problem

L

I am having problems running Tiger Wood Tour 2004. When I start it up, the
screen has a large black band down the middle, and the right half of the
screen is on the left, and vice versa (i.e. it looks like the screen has
been shifted to the right by 50% and is wrapping around). When I run dxdiag,
all of the Test_Direct3D tests run correctly until the the Direct3D 9 test,
which shows the same problem as the game.

I am running on an All In Wonder 9600 Pro with Catalyst v3.9 and the latest
DirectX (9b) from Microsoft.

Anyone know what to do?
