very fast delivery,thanks for mis. but my MMP-002d(DGM 3d media player) has been damaged during transportation. i have yet to get response from mis. i phoned last friday. should i can contact with DGM directly and can i get replacement unit from DGM?

i purchased from mis uk. i just phoned cs center of manufacture(DGM), unfortuantely i was unable to get any help from dgm due to doa... they asked me to keep calling retails. what does doa mean?

You need to contact the people you bought it from.
They will probably then tell you where to send it for a replacement etc.

hey guy's, thanks for your help i finally found channel to speak with headoffice of DGM(the manufacture). They will offer me replacement. i am now waiting for them to collect fauly one back.
