Desperate! Image won't print on report

HELP! I've been struggling w/this since the 5th. I have
Access 2003 (Windows XP)...I have an existing database
that I built that has our company logo on all reports in
the page header. This was working fine until I installed
a brand new HP printer on the 5th...suddenly the image
won't print (prints fine in Word and other programs).
I've tried deleting the image and re-inserting
it....tried using a link rather than an embedded image,
tried other images (jpeg, bmp etc)...simply refuses to
print! HP's help line was no help...they had no
clue...Any suggestion would be welcome!

It maybe something to do with the printer driver.

I had a similar problem with a picture in a report. From the same MDE, the
picture would not print on some printers, would only print in black and
white on another, and one printer would print it in color. In this case,
the app was being replaced in the near future so the low cost solution was
to only print on the printer that could do it in color.

We've also had experiences where customers have found that image printing problems in Access Reports were
resolved by updating the printer drivers.
