Design Toolbox Wizards Not Working

All of a sudden my design toolbox wizards are not working
(they don't come up). I used to get the wizard when
adding a button, a combo box, etc. Now I get none. How
may I remedy this? Thanks.

Is the Wizard icon clicked in the design view of the form?

Dear Ken:

The answer is NOPE! Of course up to now I didn't know
there was one. It just must have always been selected
until I inadvertently deselected it. Kindof reminds me of
the time a 6'4" 275 lb. biker was having trouble kick
starting his bike. I walked over and politely suggested
that he check his fuel petcock. Sure enough it was
closed. As he turned it on, I knew that I needed to save
his pride in front of the other bikers. Moreover, I was
much smaller than them all. Therefore, I said, "Happens
to me all the time man." He smiled and I walked on. God
