Dependency group failed to start???cant enable ICS..

Im tring to network to computers together but everytime i
run the wizard its fails to connect, but i know for a
fact that the connection is set up right. So i went to
the advanced setting is properties and tried to manually
connect it myself but thats when i got the error. Its
saids "dependency group failed to start". I have
reinstalled windows 2 times now and it still hasnt
worked. If anyone knows how i might be able to fix this
problem please reply.
