If you mean in the Recovery Console, then, no. You can use either Del or Delete and have to specify the exact path - no wildcards are permitted:

{Drive:} {Path} Filename

 

[Guest]

If you mean in the Command Prompt, then, yes. It's called rmdir. Check the options.
