Is there any way that the border can be deleted around the slide that is
placed on a notes page in PowerPoint?

Thanks for the response but I tried that, when you do that is eliminates the
entire slide, I just want a "no border" slide displayed on the notes page.

If you are editing the notes page in Word like I do - you can right click on
the image of the slide and select boarder and shading, then click none.
If you are just printing the notes page from within PowerPoint - you can
deselect Frame slide box.

Is that helpful?

Is the border your referring to around the whole page, or just the Slide?
