Delete Query: Could not delete from specified tables

Hi I'm trying to setup a delete query but get the error message: Could not delete from specified tables.
The query works well if it is not delete one. I setted on Microsoft advice Unique Record property on Yes. But still no joy.
The delete query is based on a query which related 3 tables
