Delegate Permissions to update TS Profile Info

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to delegate
permissions in active directory to allow a user or group
the ability to update the Terminal Services Profile
settings such as "Profile Path" or "Terminal Services Home
FOlder"?

Any help appreciated.

I don't think you can. TS stuff is stored in AD as private data, rather than
as attributes. See the bottom of this MSDN doc:
