"Delayed Write Failed" hotfix?

I have a Dell OEM version of Windows XP and according to
MS website, I have to call Dell to get the hotfix for this
problem (I've tried contacting Dell but got the run-
around).

Does anyone know a place to download the fix as described
om Article # 321733 for Windows XP?
