One of my clients is regularly receiving a "Delayed Write
Failed" message while trying to update his main database
from the administration program of their retail software.
The database is stored on a Windows 2000 Small Business
Server and his PC is running Windows XP with SP1.
The event log shows the following...
Source: MRxSmb
Event ID: 50
{Delayed Write Failed} Windows was unable to save all the
data for the file \Device\LanmanRedirector. The data has
been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your
computer hardware or network connection. Please try to
save this file elsewhere.

0020: 00000000 00000000 c000020c
I have searched the MS site and googled but nothing I have
found so far has fixed the problem.
This includes disabling "Enable write caching on the disk"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
