Default Message Form Corrupted for User

Default Form corrupted for a user, unable to replace with normal form. Other
users the form works fine. Running Windows Vista and Outlook 2007.

When trying to create a new message the form opens but has a reduced typing
area for the message, ruler indicates that the form is set with tab stops and
the ruler shows the typing area reduced.

How do I replace the form for a user?

Give this a try. Close Outlook. Search for frmcache.dat and rename it. Open
Outlook and see if this rectifies the problem for you. Keep me posted.
