Days remaining - holidays

Hi,
I have run into a problem I believe was solved a couple of
months ago but I cannot remember the recommended solution.

I have =TODAY()in A1 and 3/31/2004 in B1 and this formula
in C1...
=((A2-A1)+1)-((SUMPRODUCT(--(WEEKDAY(ROW(INDIRECT
(A1&":"&A2)))={1,7})))+SUMPRODUCT(--(Holidays>=A1),--
(Holidays<=A2)))

In E7 to E9 I have 12/25/2003 12/26/2003 1/1/2004
respectively. I highlighted E7 to E9 and named it Holidays.

But C1 returns 1/1/1900. I substituted Holidays with E7:E9
with no change.

Can some see what I am missing?

Why don't you use
=NETWORKDAYS(TODAY(),DATE(2004,3,31),Holidays)
