Customizing change from centimeters to inches in

Hi Guys,
How do you change from centimeters to inches on the Lookup Tab in the Field
Properties of the Design View in a Table? I would like to change my Column
width from centimeters to inches and can't find it. Maybe I am not looking in
the right location, HELP

Access always take the value set in Windows: Control Panel | Regional and
Language Options | Regional Options | Customize | Measurement system.

Thanks Sylvan, I knew doing it that way changes changes the whole system. I
thought there was some other way of customization.
