Currently Installed Programs / Add-Remove Program List Corrupt

S

Sven

Instead of a listing installed program files, the list is
almost empty. There is only one entry: "Computer
Graphic". When clicked, the following error message
appears: Add/Remove Programs; An unexpected error
occurred.; Item cannot be found in the collection
corrresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
res://sp3res.dll/default.hta; Line: 54"

Most of my software still works, registry is accessible ...

I searched the web the whole day for a solution to this
matter. There are a couple of postings having the same
problem, but I could not find any solution yet.

Does anybody have an idea on how to fix that?

Thank you very much and best regards

Sven
