Cryptographic service issue

I'm getting this error when I'm trying to installed the MS05-01 from
microsoft "Setup could not verify the integrity of the file update.inf. Make
sure the Cryptographic servie is running on this computer."

I already check if I had that service running and it's not present. So
Whats' causing this to failed???

Check the "Computers account" in the certificates management snap-in to see
if all certificates have been deleted from the Trusted Root Certificate
store. (actually it is only 6 certificates that make windows tick and the 6
are listed in the thread below)

Thank for your help. All the Certificates where gone. why? no idea. My
problem is fixed now.
