creating letters and running reports on access

i was wondering if anyone could help me, i need to know how to manipulate
data from databases on access turning it into letters, and how to run various
reports... anyone got any advice?

Sorry if I sound like I'm insulting you, but have you created reports before ?
If so, just set out a report like a letter with the fields in the correct
places, i.e. for name, address etc. Have the report based on the table of
info or a query that pulls out the data.
Is this what you mean ?
