How do I make a partition into a system partition, and change the already
existing system partition into a normal one (not a system one)

A partition is a system partition because this is where your
operating system resides. It is usually the same as the boot
partition.

If you explain what exactly you have and what you're trying
to achieve then someone will be able to give you a more
meaningful answer.
