CPU RUNNING SLOW! CPU USAGE 100% WHY?????

My cpu is running so slow,. It's running liek its has no ram at all. I have
512MB and it's been running great. but today when i turned it on and i
checked the task manager it shows that my cpu usage is 100%. I checked the
processes and it doesn't show something that is not suppose to be there, but
there is this prorgram that has five tasks its called "svchost.exe" it is
on there 4 times. pls help is there any way i can just strat my cpu from the
very begging with nothing on it just windows??? pls help

Some virus or Trojan may be running your system as a 'backdoor server' You
need some antivirus protection. There are online scans that work if you
change security in the browser to allow 'unsigned activeX' in IE options.
