Corrupt BCM 2010 problem

The BCM is corrupt, really screwed - projects open as tasks, leads open as contacts, tasks open as Journal types. But the database itself is not messed up, the main computer that hosts the parent BCM is fine. It's just computers that remotely access the database seem to be screwing up.

Any ideas why?
