Copyright issues with PowerPoint clipart on Design Gallery

I've read the EULA about media elements and it mentions that it's ok to use
clipart in presentations, as long as I'm not repackaging just the clipart and
trying to sell it. Here's my question though, on the Design Gallery Live, you
can download free clipart, but it also says that some of the clipart is
provided by Animation Factory, etc. So, do I need to get extra permission from
the 4 companies listed on Microsoft's website, if any of the clipart I've
downloaded from the Design Gallery comes from the third party?

Also, can I use the word PowerPoint on a product? Do I need to get special
permission from Microsoft to use the name?

You do not need any additional permission to use any of the Design Gallery clips in a presentation.

You can use the word PowerPoint on a *presentation*, but if you want to use the word PowerPoint in another *product* -- especially if it's part of the name of the other product -- that's a different story. I'd consult a lawyer about that.
