Copy domain users from local group to domain group

I created a local group on one machine in a domain, and added a bunch of
domain users. Now I wish I had put them in a domain group instead. Is there
any easy way to create a domain group and transfer the whole batch of users?

You will have to recreate that group on domain controler. You can't transger
a group from local machine to domain controler. One way would be using
script, but you have to create a new group on DC, which will not be the same
as the one on the local machine.
