Cookies still blocked after accept all cookies is set

ok i am a paypal user and paypal will not let you log on
unless you have cookies enabled. under the privacy tab i
have "accept all cookies" enabled. i still cannot access
the page. i recieved a new laptop with windows XP pro and
it had internet explorer 6.0 but still downloaded the new
service pack. problem not solved. is there a problem with
xp or IE 6.0 ?

The Date on my computer was 2024 i dont know how that
happened, thanks a lot. so simple. HAHA. Gary D
