Convert .ost to .pst?

I've got a .ost file that I copied from an old Exchange account. How can I
get that into Outlook 2003? Can I convert it to a .pst? Can I just import it
directly? I haven't had success with either one.

Jason,

Thanks for the info, but I got an internal error after the first step of the
conversion (backing up the file). Any ideas? I'm using Win2k Pro.
