I download SpellNumber in to visual basic but it not execute properly,
can someone help whith this issue.

We don't know what SpellNumber routine you are referring to, nor do we know what "not execute properly" means (for future questions you may ask on these newsgroups, you should really describe what your problem is rather than just saying you have a problem).

Below is a routine I found online (http://www.ozgrid.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46059) which may work for you; just copy/paste all of the code below my signature into a standard Module (Insert/Module from the VB Editor's menu bar). You would call the SpellIndian function from your code or worksheet formula (it will handle calling all of the other included functions).
